Founded in 2024 as a school project by Psalm Kolenda, a 10th-grade student-athlete who has experienced how mental health affects all aspects of an athlete’s life, GRADE was created to bring this issue to light. Psalm aims to expose challenges, spark conversations, and make seeking help easier for young athletes.

The Importance of Mental Health in Athletics
Prioritizing mental health in athletics is crucial for fostering resilience, improving performance, and nurturing a positive sports culture. It involves promoting awareness, providing support, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges in sports.
